Two new recruits
This month, we welcomed two new recruits to our ranks:
> Xavier ESQUIRO joins us as Purchasing Director, alongside Marie AZÉMAR, in charge of procurement. First a Buyer and then Head of the Purchasing Department at CNES, he stayed there for 15 years (including 7 in French Guiana) before returning to his home region and joining BE ATEX! Indeed, while BE ATEX multiplies the ranges in management, in a context where sourcing becomes more and more difficult, Xavier will be able to optimize our Purchasing department thanks to his experience in the field.
> Jean-François BLANC joins us as Occitania Sales Manager, in the team of Loïc GÉRARD, Sales Manager France. First engaged in the army, then posted as an aeronautical firefighter, he joined the SDIS 66 in the Breathing Air and Detection department for the management and maintenance of SCBAs, detectors and rescue kits. Previously Technical Sales Manager at Delamet, he joined BE ATEX as Sales Manager, while maintaining his activity as a volunteer fireman.
The ExpoProtection exhibition
From November 15 to 17, our teams were present at the ExpoProtection exhibition in Paris! ExpoProtection is THE exhibition for prevention and management of professional risks.
After four years without the ExpoProtection show, because of Covid, this edition was highly anticipated! The main suppliers were present, and of course, BE ATEX too!
This exhibition allowed us to show our know-how and our expertise, thanks to our new labels E³ and BE ATEX Connect (you will know more about it a little further down...).
We were able to discuss with our customers, partners and suppliers: a place of exchange and conviviality!
Thank you for having been so many to come to see us. With the photobooth installed on our stand, we were able to pose together, and each one could leave with his souvenir photo, decorated for the occasion...

Our technicians in intervention on the Reunion Island
During this time, if the sun was not shining in France, three of our technicians went to get it... on Reunion Island!
Didier DELLERIE, Stéphane SALLEFRANQUE and Benoît STILL worked on several customers' premises during their stay, between maintenance checks, breakdowns and repairs. BE ATEX, it's the maintenance of your fixed gas detection, respiratory protection and fall arrest.
